  • Whimsical, woodland-inspired wedding at Kiana Lodge - Meredith and Christopher

November | This indoor wedding felt like a magical forest, with the wooden interior and whimsical florals and greenery everywhere. | Photo By Claudia Noelle | Meredith and Christopher's wedding felt like a woodland fairytale, even with the ceremony and reception fully indoors. We love the warm copper, peach and terracotta within the wooden interior, and the mossy & woodsy floral masterpiece that Anthera Floral created for the centerpiece of their ceremony and reception. One of the sweeter moments throughout the day was when Meredith and Chris got to see the venue transformed for the first time in a grand reveal. Everyone was crying - a sign of a dream come true. We helped these two sweet souls with our full service Deluxe Package , and there's nothing more rewarding than getting to see our couple's vision come to life. • Sophisticated, garden wedding at Lewis and Clark College - Natalie and Corey

August | An elegant wedding at the historic Lewis & Clark college, featuring a classic white, ivory and gold palette under a Sperry tent. | Photo By Jane & Co. | Natalie and Corey chose Lewis and Clark's garden as their wedding venue because of the undeniably beautiful grounds and views of the valley from the Manor House Terrace and the Great Plat Lawn. Everything about their day was classy and sophisticated, with a white, gold and ivory palette and pops of pink. To match the venue's vibes, Natalie had her bridesmaid coordinate with mismatched pink floral dresses. They opted for an elegant Sperry tent for a covered reception that felt like it was meant to be there. In the summer, the heat can beat down on guests if you're opting for an al-fresco reception. A Sperry tent looks and feels beautiful - the perfect investment for your wedding if you don't have a covered building for an inclement weather plan. • Elevated backyard wedding with custom embroidery - Natalie and Joey

August | Floral, mixed garden party bridesmaid dresses, custom embroidered napkins and a statement seating chart are just a few of our favorite designs from this wedding. | Photo By Leah Dawson | Video by Long Light Productions | With a family property as beautiful as Natalie and Joey's, their backyard wedding was bound to be beautiful. These two said I do underneath the old oak tree, and we built their reception tent from the ground up. What we loved most about Natalie's vision for her wedding was that she loved the little details. So our time together was largely spent organizing and helping to curating furniture and decor for each area of her wedding. From the welcome area with dried flower cones and apple baskets, to their ceremony which featured vintage white pews and growing florals up the oak tree, to the massive statement seating chart and romantic tent entrance to set the tone - no detail was left for chance. Not only was their wedding beautiful, but it was full of thoughtful, personal details: the custom face cutout for hilarious photos, the embroidered napkins, and the cutie cowboy hats once the night fell and the dance party started. We're so blessed to have worked with such talented videographers ( Long Light Productions) and a photographer ( Leah Dawson ) with an eye for all the small details to have a gorgeous gallery for others to be inspired by. • Colorful summer wedding at Leftbank Annex - Lindsay and Adam

August | We love how the bright yellows, reds, peaches and oranges to softened the brick and industrial interior of Leftbank Annex | Photo By Here Today Photography | Leftbank Annex is a spacious, industrial venue in the heart of Portland, and we've never loved it more with Lindsay and Adam's vibrant palette of pinks, peaches, reds and yellows. We helped them coordinate and design their wedding, and love how their summery colors paired with the lightwood chairs. Their florals by Scarlet Blooms  brought color and life to the building. We strategically created a floor plan that allowed their whimsical installation to double for both their ceremony backdrop and their sweetheart table backdrop. This wedding had a lot of personal touches! They opted for Pinball machines during cocktail hour, a 360 photo booth, a live band, blue star donuts and plenty of books styled throughout their tables - a nod to Adam's life working at Powell's Books. • Vibrant, tropical-inspired wedding at Within Sodo - Shazia and Theron

July | A vibrant color palette with a mix of champagne linens and raw wood tables in an urban wedding venue. | Photo By Jordan Voth Photography | This wedding will be featured in Washington Wedding Day! Shazia and Theron’s wedding was designed to feel like an elevated family gathering, with three long family tables and casual food from local Indian and Caribbean restaurants. Floral was the largest priority in their design, and Diadem Flower Co dreamt up the most beautiful, tropical-inspired floral design to honor their Pakistani and Trinidadian cultures. We helped them with our Premiere Package to design their tablescape to match and hone in all the details of the layout and flow of the day. We loved the variety of tables that Diadem Flower Co executed ! One style featured a champagne, shimmery linen with wooden cross-back chairs and wide floral centerpieces, as well as a dreamy floral installation floating above the table. The other style featured elevated arrangement with luscious ferns and other tropical flowers on a wooden table and wooden benches. The mixed styles really helped the dinner feel less uniform and formal, and more like the family gathering they wanted. We loved seeing this urban venue transformed, and can't wait to be back! • Neutral, modern wedding at Amaterra Winery - Stephanie and Jake

June | A modern, neutral color palette, single variety bouquets and a welcome shelf display with Limoncello shots. | Photo By Kelsey Straus | Stephanie and Jake's families were destined to be blended together, and their elevated wedding at Amaterra felt like one, big family get-together. Their warm neutral palette and pops of amber were perfectly aligned with Amaterra's modern architecture. Plus, we loved Stephanie’s sleek, beaded gown and the bridesmaids' silky dresses with mixed colors and single variation bouquets to match their dresses - LOVE! Their ceremony took place on the terrace, which guests see before they see the reception space, so it really sets the tone for the day. Stephanie and Jake wow their guests with modern bentwood chairs rented from Arden Event Collective and two gorgeous ceremony pillars designed by Wildflower Portland - organic and intentional with hues of the surrounding PNW landscape. After the ceremony, guests were greeted with limoncello shots - a nod to Stephanie's Italian background - up in the reception ballroom. The unique display served as a welcome drink and interactive seating chart! Their reception tables were simple and elegant, with pops of amber to warm up the space, and a menu to preview the incredible, curated menu that Amaterra served. • Whimsical fall wedding at The Redd - Juice and Adge

September | We transformed The Redd with whimsical greenery and warm woods and accent colors! What a dream this wedding was. | Photo By Rebecca Rizzo Photography | Juice and Adge's wedding was definitely one to remember! We completely transformed the spacious, industrial interior to make it a whimsical, inviting space with tons of greenery and natural, wooden accents. Because The Redd is equipped to host over 500 people, we were able to divide the space into two separate ceremony and reception areas for their 125-person wedding. We had the honor of providing full service planning to help curate their vendor team, conceptualize their design, and plan all the little and big details throughout their day. And believe us when we say that this vendor team was a dream team! J&A didn't have a long Pinterest board of floral inspiration - instead, they opted for whimsical and lush greenery installations and arrangements. We brought in greenery everywhere- on the table arrangements, the walls, the ceiling, the poles, and event the historic machinery - to really make a lasting impact. To bring in some color, their wedding party adorned mixed dress colors of sage, yellow and rust, we added a pop of orange on the table, and opted for a shimmery gold linen for specialty tables. Be sure to scroll to the end to see how fun their reception dancing looked with a live band and a traditional Jewish Hora! See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. • Pink, red and white wedding at Castaway - Angelica and Alexander

June | A modern wedding with vintage touches and a romantic pink, white and red palette - the perfect inspo for any Valentines or Galentines event. | Photos By Casi Yost | Okay, Angelica and Alexander looked like they should be on the cover of Vogue! These two were such a stylish couple, and their wedding design reflected that. Featuring pinks, reds, and cream, their wedding was romantic with a touch of edgy. We would absolutely use this wedding as inspiration for any Valentines day event! They even incorporated little bowls of strawberries on each table for that extra pop of color. The few vintage touches to their wedding, like their sweetheart chairs and their robin's egg blue Lambeth wedding cake, also added a bit of personality to the design. A little insider secret: their reception flowers were actually their ceremony aisle pieces that we repurposed! We love making the most of your decor to help you save money where you can. • Fall-inspired wedding at the Admiral's House - Taylor and Caleb

October | Taylor and Caleb's intimate wedding was full of small, meaningful details that celebrated friends and family and featured warm foliage and flowers. Caleb and Taylor's fall wedding was a vibrant celebration filled with rich autumn colors and whimsical details. Their beloved dogs played a special role in the ceremony, bringing joy and laughter to all attendees. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly Taylor's super unique wedding dress. • Fall wedding at a local church and casino night reception at Amaterra Winery

November | Fall-inspired florals, a church ceremony, and an alternative Casino Night reception and fine dining at Amaterra Winery, captured with a nostalgic film look. | Photo By Holly Hursley | Courtney and John tied the knot in their local church and treated guests to a fine dining and entertaining experience at Amaterra Winery. We loved their rust and other fall-inspired, airy florals designed by Novella Theory. C&J didn't have a huge floral order (just ceremony pieces, personal flowers and table centerpieces) but each arrangement Novella Theory created had an impact on the design. Our favorite part about Courtney and John's wedding was their alternative, "Casino Night" reception! Neither one of them were big dancers, so instead, they hosted a casino night with three different tables from Wild Bill's and prioritized a fine dining experience at Amaterra. Courtney is from Hawaii and John is from Wisconsin, and their menu featured different food and drinks from their respective home towns. They also curated different prize baskets for the casino game winners, made with items from their hometowns and their life together in Oregon. Courtney and John's wedding goes to show that you can make your wedding day anything you want. At the bottom line, it should be filled with memorable experiences and represent you as a couple. There are thousands of ways to bring your story into your wedding day, and we're happy to help you figure out how to make that happen!
