- Ethereal Woodsy Wedding at Camp Colton - Christine and Gregory
August | An alternative wedding day with a blend of spiritual and religious ceremonies to celebrate their unique connection in the most magical forest setting. | Photo By Roark and Jessica Nelson | Weddings look different for everyone, and that's what we love so much about what we do. Often, we're helping couples find a blend between two religious backgrounds, and others we're helping them incorporate their own spin on traditions. Christine and Gregory's magical and ethereal forest wedding was anything but traditional, with numerous different rituals and ceremonies to celebrate their love. It was important for them to incorporate meaningful celebrations, and they took inspiration from various backgrounds. Guests were greeted with cacao, and blessed with whimsical live harp music while they said "I Do" under their artfully made chuppah. Guests also enjoyed a tea ceremony and elixirs, and Indian food by Swagat. With so many moving parts, we were more than happy to be a part of their day and assist with designing and coordinating their ceremonies. Not every participant in weddings come from a wedding background, and that's where having a planner or coordinator can help connect all the dots. Camp Colton, nestled in the Mt. Hood National Forest, is the perfect wedding for an ethereal and magical wedding day. See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. - Luxurious and Monochromatic Persian Wedding at the Woodmark Hotel - Sina and Heidi
August | A monochromatic, traditional Persian wedding at Woodmark Hotel with an abundant Sofreh Aghd and delicate crystal details. | Photo By B .Jones Photography | Sina and Heidi's champagne, white and blush colors looked incredibly luxurious under the white draping of the Woodmark Hotel draped tent. Each detail was selected with care, and their traditional Sofreh Agdh, which broken down means "spread" and "ceremony" in Farsi, was artfully designed. This was such a fun tradition to learn about and assist with coordinating and ensuring all the proper items were in place. The spread traditionally includes the same symbolic items, but styled to the couple's liking. S&H included crystal details on top of an acrylic table - so clean and beautiful! S&H also included many other Persian traditions throughout the day, like the Sugar Rubbing ceremony and the Knife Dance. It can be difficult to trust someone with your cultural traditions, and we're so glad Sina and Heidi trusted us with coordination. One of the reasons we include so many meetings before the actual wedding day, even for our Day Of Coordination package, is so we can spend time with you, the couple, to understand your wedding preferences and vision in order to execute it without you having to worry. - Eighties Prom inspired wedding - Ross and Rachel
October | Sometimes all you need is a fun dress, great music, and tons of tinsel to throw an amazing party. | Photo By Emily Woodruff | There's so much to say about this one! What we loved about Rachel and Ross' wedding at The Society Hotel was ... well, everything. The unique wedding dress, the dreamy academia photoshoot, the groovy dinner setting, the tinsel installation - and the vintage-nostalgic touch Emily Woodruff put on their gallery. Their reception, with a killer performance by Hans and The Wanted, is reminiscence of a high school dance, but remove the awkward dancing and hormones and replace it with true love and fashionable, unique attire. We loved the vintage feel this wedding had, and the 70's-inspired details and color palette. See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. - Minimalistic wedding with a view at Crag Rat Hut - Angelline and Khadi
May | Minimalistic spring wedding with bud vases, a light wood chairs and a view that says it all - we love weddings Crag Rat Hut! | Photo By Emily Woodruff | April showers bring May flowers, but Angelline and Khadi proved that you don't need a ton of flowers to have a beautiful wedding. Sometimes a venue like Crag Rat Hut is all you need. A&K thoughtfully selected their details - minimalistic doesn't mean plain! The light wood, white linens, cleanly rolled neutral napkins and evenly spaced bud vases were the perfect combo for a warm and inviting table that lets the views speak for themselves. - Wisteria Gardens Wedding - Ariel and Griffin
May 2023 | There's nothing like springtime at Wisteria Gardens, especially when paired with colorful arrangements, mosaic-inspired cake and personalized creatures at every setting. | Photo By Nick Hanyok | This eclectic, colorful garden wedding had all sorts of personality. A&G opted for fun and edible party favors, tiny creatures at each place setting, and bursts of color everywhere. We loved the combos of pinks, blues, oranges and of course the purple wisteria. Would we come back here? Absolutely 100% yes, any time! Wisteria Garden is an incredible garden venue, with a indoor/covered option and a whimsical outdoor space. - Abernethy Wedding - Jasper and Gina
May | Traditional and elegant garden wedding in the heart of Oregon City. | Photo By Everlasting Images | The Abernethy is a charming, garden wedding venue located in Oregon City, Oregon, with multiple different options for ceremony and reception! This spacious location offers an elegant ballroom, two beautiful gardens, and a classic chapel. Jasper and Gina held their ceremony at the Gazebo outside, and their reception in a heated tent. Their wedding was beautifully simple and elegant, but we loved that they added a cold sparks explosion during their first dance for a little wow factor! - Cape Horn Estate Wedding - Madison and Tyler
June 2023 | A modern sage, black and white wedding in the Columbia River Gorge featuring a custom champagne seating chart and a beer donkey - yes, a beer donkey! | Photo By Cascadia Studios | Madison and Tyler packed their wedding full of fun entertainment and simplistic, modern details. The color-blocked sage menus looked so clean amongst the black details and modern place settings. On a more personal note, we loved that they incorporated temporary tattoos and a beer donkey (yes, you read that right!) to help serve drinks during cocktail hour. One of our favorite details M&T incorporated was their custom fans we set on the ceremony seats. These fans not only helped cool guests down in the hot sun, but they also had a QR code for guests to share phone photos and videos they take throughout the night - cute AND functional! - 6 Ways To Incorporate Your Dog into the Wedding!
For all the dog parents who have fur babies they want to incorporate in their wedding either physically or in spirit, here are a few ways to feature your pup on your wedding day. Dogs! So you want to incorporate your four-legged friend into your wedding - good news is, we've helped couples feature their dog in a few different ways. Whether you want your dog to be present or just include them in small details, here are six creative ideas to incorporate your dog into your special day! 1. Getting Ready First Photo by Woven Leagacies Second photo by Krysta and Nick Having your dog hang around can help soothe any wedding jitters and provide a relaxing feel - just remember to pack a lint roller. Sometimes the wedding day can be stressful for dogs, but if your venue, hotel or other getting ready area allows, you can spend the morning with them and have a friend take them home before the chaos ensues. 2. Walking Down the Aisle First photo by Luke and Mallory Second photo by Smith & Co. Photography (could not find website) Give your pup the biggest honor and your guests the best entertainment and include them in your processional order! This is best done with a dog handler so you can make sure your pup is taken care of after they walk. We like to recommend a friend or a company like Wags and Garland or Wags Down The Aisle. Most couples think of adding their dogs into the typical flower child or ring bearer spot (right before the last partner walking), but you might actually want to consider having them walk after both partners so you can watch them walk down the aisle. It's a moment you might not want to miss! Don't forget to pick out a bowtie or flower collar for them! 3. New Family Photo First photo by Luke and Mallory Second photo by Olivia Martens Photo Third photo by Krysta and Nick Fourth photo by Sweetlife Photography Now that you're married and starting your own little family, you've got to include your baby in your first family photos. Have your dog meet your before ceremony or during cocktail hour and join for photos with you. 4. In the Cake First photo by Jenny GG -- Cake by Harbor Cakes Second photo by Wiley Putnam -- Cake by Harbor Cakes Maybe you don't want to worry about your dog during your big day, and that's okay! There are plenty of fun ways to still incorporate them - such as onto your cake. Fun ideas include on the cake topper or having them peek out from beneath the frosting. 5. Signage First photo by Kelsey Straus Second photo by In The Alpenglow Third photo by Olivia Martens Photo Fourth photo by Erin Perkins Photography The creative possibilities are endless when it comes to ways to symbolically include your pet via signage. It could be a life-sized cutout of your dog, signature cocktails named after your pups, custom napkins, or just a little shout out to all the dogs out there. 6. BONUS - Wedding-worthy outfits for your Dog If you are going to incorporate your dog or pet in your wedding, you might as well do so in style! Here are a few of our favorite outfits we've seen that were too good not to share.

- Jenkins Estate Wedding- Jacqueline and Jackson
September 2022 | Classic and greenery-forward wedding at Jenkin's Estate with the cutest table-top guest favors | Photo By Palms & Lace | Green and white will always be a classic combination. Jenkin's Estate is a lush setting with a beautiful outdoor space. Fall is always a tricky season in Oregon (you never know if it's going to rain or be 80 degrees), so J&J opted for a clear top tent so guests would still feel immersed in the greenery but stay dry in the case of rain. - Holy Rosary and China Harbor Wedding- Vivi and Paul
July 2022 | Traditional church ceremony and a classic, beautiful reception located in Seattle, Washington. | Photo By Stormy Peterson | Vivi and Paul tied the knot at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Seattle, Washington and hosted their reception at China Harbor with authentic Chinese food for dinner. China Harbor's event space has beautiful, natural lighting, and the white draping and white chair colors gives it that wedding-feel. J&V opted for a fun lavender-forward color palette, with the majority of their color coming from the balloon arrangements (early to the 2023 trend!) and the centerpieces. We can especially appreciate the dedication to the color, even through the macaron towers. We love helping to coordinate weddings with two venue locations - the transitions can be rough if you don't have someone helping to create a seamless plan, but that's what we're here for!
