If you've ever been in the exclusive Multnomah Whiskey Library, you know you're greeted by floor to ceiling shelves boasting over 1,000 types of whiskey. For lifelong bartenders Halley and Giles, this was the perfect setting to say "I do." The theme? Imagine a swanky, cocktail party thrown in a bespoke speakeasy.
They celebrated their nuptials with an oyster bar, a live jamon serrano cutting station, decadent charcuterie, and a custom cocktail menu featuring their favorite liquor: Chartreuse. The cherry on top? They had a custom ice luge in the shape of a Chartreuse bottle pouring chilled beverages all night.
