Our Complete Day-Of Coordination package is for you if you want to be very involved in the planning process but want to be hands off the day of your wedding. Couples are often surprised at how much support they receive with our day-of coordination package. You'll have complete peace of mind with an expert to bounce ideas off of and a handful of meetings prior to the wedding, creating the opportunity for you, your friends, and your family to be truly present come wedding day. To create the wedding day you've always dreamed of, we will:

Get you started with the resources, recommendations, and tools you need - customized based on where you are in the process.
- We talk your through priorities.
- Provide a custom list of vendor recommendations (should you need them), based on your style, priorities, and budget.
- Walk you through your custom planning portal.
- Review any pending contracts to ensure your best interests are top of mind.
Be available to answer any email questions throughout the planning process.
Create a master timeline and floor plan.
Share timeline and wedding detail updates with vendors, ensuring everyone is on the same page and up to date with key wedding details.
Meet for (3) Pre-wedding Check ins (first , mid-way, and final) to share planning progress, work out details, and update the day-of plan.
Meet for (1) Rental Meeting where we will help create your dream tablescape and ensure all of the equipment rentals needed for your wedding are handled.
Schedule (1) Logistical Venue Walkthrough before the wedding with key vendors to:
- design floor plan
- finalize décor placement
- iron out service expectations with caterer and venue
- ensure everyone is on the same page with logistics and timing for wedding day
Facilitate your ceremony rehearsal to help you, your family and your wedding party understand the mechanics of the wedding ceremony, which includes:
- walking everyone through where we will line them up, where they will walk to, and what order they will walk
- review ceremony seating, practice readings, and ensure everyone is comfortable with how things will go.

To ensure a smooth and memorable wedding, we will:

Be onsite for up to 10 hours bringing your wedding to life. We will handle the decorating, placing of your personal items, and ensuring the proper venue layout per our floor plan.
Welcome vendors and ensure they have everything they need to do their best work.
Be prepared with a stocked emergency wedding kit, filled with tools and resources proven useful to problem solve on the day of and save the day when something is forgotten.
Direct and coordinate the timing of events with other vendors as discussed during our pre-planning, ensuring the day flows seamlessly from one thing to the next.
Problem solve any hiccups.
Wrangling people so everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Coordinate clean up and load out of your gifts, personal items, decor pieces, left over food and floral etc.

All so you and your family can be "hands off" , thoroughly enjoying every last magical minute of this once in a lifetime event!

We believe in our core that you deserve to have a beautiful, well-run event that you and your family are free to enjoy. We believe that you deserve guidance, advice, advocacy, and peace of mind during the planning process - a process that will require hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars. We believe that you should have an independent day-of-coordinator to execute the details, manage set up and clean up, and ensure everything comes together exactly as planned.

Our Signature Package starts as soon as you book us, and we offer services like vendor recommendations right off the bat so you can build your vendor team from a custom list of vetted, trustworthy vendors picked based on your style and budget.

We will use the three planning meetings to offer advice and guidance during your time with us so you can stay on track and we can prevent issues before problems occur.

In addition to your Lead Planner being a resource for your questions, you also will have the benefits of our robust Planning Portal (BABS) loaded with endless resources and tools to help you along the way, crafted from our years of experience.
